You have 30 days from the date of delivery or collection to request a return. Requests made after this period will not be accepted
To be eligible for a return, items must be in new, unused condition and free from any damage.
Fencing Fife Ltd reserves the right to reject any returned goods that show signs of use, installation, weathering or damage.
Postmix is excluded from returns. Due to the nature of the product and its packaging, bags are highly susceptible to minor tears and moisture ingress during handling and transit. As we cannot guarantee the condition of returned postmix, we are unable to accept postmix returns under any circumstances.
If a customer requests Fencing Fife Ltd to arrange collection of products they wish to return, a collection charge will be required.
Once the collection charge has been received our transportation team will be in touch to arrange collection.
Customers could arrange their own returns transport if they wish. All Returns must include tracking and insurance for any damages caused in transit.
All eligible returns made within the 30 day window are subject to a 20% restocking fee, Deducted from the refund total.
Once your return is received, goods will be inspected to confirm they meet the eligibility criteria above.
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of the goods being received and inspected.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Original delivery charges are non refundable.
